Police personnel had travelled to 450 km on foot to join back office after lockdown from Rajgarh to Etawah since he did not feel good that all his fellow workers were working hard and he was sitting at home. Due to lack of public transport he had to travel on foot.

India: Total number of cases exceeds 1300

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in India saw their highest single-day surge on Monday as the tally went past 1,250 with 227 new cases being reported.The ministry had mentioned the current phase of the pandemic as "local transmission and limited community transmission".Kerala has the highest number of cases. Delhi: Tablighi Jamaat being tested for COVID-19

In most places weddings have been carried forward. However, there was a wedding on Sunday night in Jodhpur but, with utmost simplicity. At the wedding, the groom arrived with only two wedding dresses. The marriage took place in the presence of a few relatives of the girl side too. However, the bride's farewell was halted.

German robot placed to spread awareness on COVID-19

This German robot named Pepper is placed in a supermarket to educate customers over precautions to be taken to fight COVID-19. In number of cases, Italy was second with 97,689, followed by Spain with 85,195, China with 82,198, Germany with 62,435, Iran with 41,495 and France with 40,747.
