CJI Warns Severe Consequences Of Not Heeding 'Advice' Of Constitution | Namaste Bharat | ABP News

Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi Monday said it was in "our best interest" to heed the advice of the Constitution as not doing so would result in a "sharp descent into chaos". The Constitution proved critics like Rudyard Kipling wrong as it worked well for last 70 years and not only united 1.3 billion people, but also gave them a 'national identity', the CJI said later in the day, addressing the valedictory session of the Constitution Day celebrations here. Justice Gogoi, in his inaugural address on Constitution Day function at 'Vigyan Bhavan' here, said, "It is in our best interest to heed the advice of the Constitution.
