After Goa CM Manohar Parrikar accused Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi extracting political mileage from the Tuesday's courtesy visit in Goa, Rahul said, “I am disturbed to hear about a letter which you have supposedly written to me, but instead leaked to the press before I have had a chance to read it.”In a letter addressed to Parrikar, Rahul wrote, “I totally empathise with Parrikar Ji's situation & wish him well.
