The capital territory, Delhi-NCR observes severe cold wave conditions from December 15- 31. In the month of December, the minimums are in the double digits clocking somewhere around 10°C. By the end of the month, the minimums come down to 7°C. This year, i.e. in December 2018 has been close to the earlier records of the past 10 years.
