While talking to ABP News, Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party-Lohia (PSPL) president Shivpal Yadav said that he is in talk with Congress. He also indicated that his party is ready for an alliance with Congress in Uttar Pradesh.Also, Congress has assured the RLD of 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh and one seat in Rajasthan.
