Sansani: Policeman beats up minor brutally for asking alms in Himachal Pradesh
A policeman was captured on camera while beating up a minor girl in Himachal Pradesh's Bilaspur. The girl was asking for alms from the pilgrims who had come to Naina Devi temple. The policeman got furious on this habit of the girl and he started beating her brutally.The girl kept asking for help but none of the onlookers came forward to help her.
