A Congress-led Opposition meeting was held in the Delhi ahead of the Budget session of the Parliament. However, several key Opposition parties like TMC, BSP, AAP didn't send representatives to the meeting. Even Shiv Sena, a Congress ally in Maharashtra didn't send a representative.
