Fraudsters use cancelled cheque to withdraw Rs 1.65 lakh


In Uttar Pradesh's Noida, fraudsters used 'magical ink' and cancelled cheque to dupe a person of Rs 1.65 lakh. Jagvinder Singh, the man who was duped said that he saw the fraudsters draw a line on the cheque with a pen, to show that cheque has been cancelled. However, when the line had vanished by the time the fraudsters deposited the cheque in the bank and withdrew the money.
