Bollywood actor, Sanjay Dutt has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. The actor was admitted in Mumbai's Leelavati hospital on 8 August after breathing problems. The test report diagnosed lung cancer. On Tuesday, the actor took to twitter asking his fans not to speculate about his health. He lost his mother, Nargis Dutt and first wife Richa to cancer.
