Saryu river swollen as Nepal releases water, leads to flood in Barabanki

With Assam and Bihar, parts of Uttar Pradesh along the India-Nepal border are suffering due to floods. In this report, we show how Barabanki is struggling as the water level in the Saryu river rises after water is released by neighbouring country Nepal.The streets in villages are submerged and people are forced to use boats to travel from one place to another.
