India responsible for border row: Chinese Defence Minister
Even after holding Defence Ministry level talks with India, China is still holding India responsible for the tension along the border. Amidst tensions over LAC, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday held a long meeting with China's Defense Minister General Wei Fenghi in Moscow, Russia's capital. This meeting was held at the request of China.
