MP: Woman Commission takes cognizance of DG's viral video case
The State Women's Commission has taken cognizance of the assault of the wife of a DG level officer. He has been asked to report on 5 October in this regard. Special DG of Madhya Pradesh Purushottam Sharma was allegedly caught red-handed by his wife at a woman's house. After this, Sharma reached home and assaulted his wife. Sharma was removed from his post when a video of the fight went viral.
