Anchors Choice: Allahabad HC issues notice to UP govt
The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court took Suo Motu cognizance of the Hathras rape incident and has issued a notice to the Uttar Pradesh government. A response has been sought from the ADG, DM Hathras in the incident. UP Police has come under attack over the alleged gang-rape of a Dalit woman. The family of the victim is not satisfied with the probe.
