Dhirendra Singh alias W, who opened fire on a crowd of 500 people in Ballia, has not yet been arrested. Accused Dhirendra is close to BJP MLA Surendra Singh.A dispute ensued after two groups decided to vote for the Durjanpur shop. One was the group was supported by Dhirendra Singh.
