Pune: Man stuck in flowing water rescued using JCB
Heavy rains have started in many areas including Mumbai and Thane in Maharashtra since last night. After heavy rains, water has started flooding the low-lying areas of Mumbai since last night.Strong rains are expected in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
