Tejashwi Yadav writes open letter to PM Modi, hopes 'promises will be fulfilled'

Tejashwi Yadav took to Twitter and wrote an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He welcomed PM Modi ahead of his arrival and reminded him of his promises which were made in the last six years.
