PM Modi to lay foundation stone for new Parliament building today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be laying the foundation stone for the new parliament building today. The ceremony will begin at 12 noon when various priests would utter mantras and perform pooja as well.Earlier Supreme Court stayed the construction of the building whereas allowed to do the foundation stone laying ceremony.
