Uttarakhand: In 2017, Trivendra Singh Rawat became the Chief Minister of the state after the Harish Singh Rawat-led Congress lost the the political battle to the BJP. The core committee meeting of the BJP in Uttarakhand gave a breather to Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, who faces growing resentment from his party MLAs and MPs.
