Cong raises ques on EC's relaxation over ban on Himanta Sarma's election campaign

The Election Commission reduced the duration of ban on campaigning by Assam minister and BJP leader Hemant Biswa Sarma from 48 hours to 24 hours. He assured the Election Commission that he would follow the provisions of the code of conduct, after which the period of publicity ban was reduced.
