Negligent Bandra residents flout Section 144, throng markets in large numbers
Maharashtra has been suffering due to rising cases of Coronavirus in the state. A steep rise has been witnessed in the ongoing second phase of Coronavirus. This is why partial lockdown has been imposed but the people are unbothered by it. Once again Section-144 was flouted and people were seen shopping in close proximity with each other
