West Bengal Elections: Slow voter turnout in Kolkata during early hours of 7th phase voting


Voting has started for the seventh phase of the assembly elections. Polling will be held from 7 am to 6.30 pm in 12,068 polling stations in nine assembly constituencies of Murshidabad and West Bardhman districts, six each in Dakshin Dinajpur and Malda districts and four constituencies in Kolkata South.  At least 796 companies of central forces have been deployed.
