Ladakh stand-off: India, China to hold 12th round of military talks today
The twelfth round of talks will take place between Indian and Chinese commanders on the Ladakh stand-off today. It will be another effort to commence a calming atmosphere between the two countries which have been locking horns since more than 14 months now.
