The Taliban is likely to declare their government in Afghanistan today. Mullah Baradar has reached Kandhar for the big announcement. Hibatullah Akhundzada is to reach Kandhar today as well. As per sources, Mullah Baradar may be promoted to become the President of Afghanistan.
