In today's episode of Yog Yata, Baba Ramdev talks about the Pranayama exercises for varicose veins. He says that one must do Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom to witness betterment in one's varicose veins affected legs. He suggests to do it for at least 15 minutes and maxium 1 hour for one to two years
