The visuals that has surfaced from the vaccination centers in Bihar and Rajasthan clearly unmask the mismanagement being followed here. The people came here to get vaccinated were seen without masks and no social distancing is being followed. In Rajasthan's Sikar, a line of slippers is being seen while on the other hand in Bihar's Siwan a huge crowd emerged at the vaccination center.
