The winter session of the Parliament will commence from today. It is highly likely that a bill to nullify the Farm Laws will be tabled on the very first day. Ahead of the beginning of the winter session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing the media at 9 am today. On the other hand, Congress has called for a meeting of all opposition parties. The meeting will take place at 9.30 am. But Trinamool Congress will be skipping the gathering.
