BJP delegation to meet Maharashtra Governor today| Political 100 Seconds
A delegation of BJP leaders will meet Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Thursday."Today's meeting was to discuss several things including implementation of relief packages for farmers, the party's expansion and possibilities of the new party-state President. A delegation led by party state president Chandrakant Dada Patil will meet Governor tomorrow in the morning," BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar told reporters that a BJP core committee meeting at Varsha Bungalow.There are speculations about BJP staking claim to form the government in the meeting.

Whenever there is any protest in our county common man is the one who has to suffer. Same thing happpened again in the case of law vs order. Common man is suffering because of the dispute between between lawyers and police officials. Onion price doubles in seven days, Govt sites low produce main cause| Ghanti Bajao
Blaming the lack of uniformity in rain patterns for hurting production of onions, Consumer Affairs Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said on Wednesday that the Centre is taking all possible steps but 30-40 per cent reduction in production and supply disruptions due to rains were the main cause for the price rise.Paswan said that the Union government is taking all possible steps to curb price rise including creating a buffer stock of 56,700 tonnes of onions out of which 1,525 tonnes are available with NAFED at present, banning the export of onions so as to retain stock for domestic consumption and putting stock holding limit of 10 tonnes for retailers and 50 tonnes for wholesalers to ensure a constant and healthy supply in the market.

In the last one week, the price of onion has increased by 40 to 50 percent. In Delhi too, the price of onion has reached Rs 100 per kg in the open market.
