CAB to face RS test today; 720 celebrities write open letter against the bill
The contentious Citizenship Amendment Bill will be tabled in Rajya Sabha today. The bill was passed in Lok Sabha two days ago. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party is confident that the proposed legislation will be passed by the House with a comfortable majority. On the other hand, 720 celebrities have written an open letter against the bill.
