CAB will include and not exclude people, says Ram Madhav

Ram Madhav was addressing the media when he said that the opposition was presenting distorted facts on Citizenship Amendment Bill. He added that it will not exclude people but include them. The Citizenship (Amendment) Bill (CAB) was passed in Lok Sabha a little past midnight on Monday after a heated debate that lasted over seven hours.
