UP school students deprived of sweaters even in December
Students in Uttar Pradesh's government schools are still deprived of sweaters. The students are bound to go to school in summer clothes due to non-availability of warm ones. On the other hand, cows are getting covers already. On the other hand, minister Satish Chandra Dwivedi said that sweaters would be needed by December 25 only
