According to sources, today Sidhu can be announced as the President of Punjab Congress and 4 working presidents. The post of a Deputy CM was also in the proposal in Punjab but it may or may not happen. Meaning the final decision is yet to be taken. Harish Rawat claimed that the captain would keep his old promise given to Delhi.
